Registering for Classes and Programs

Classes and Workshops in Art, Group Music and Performing Arts

Register for classes and workshops in art, performing arts and group music in one of four ways:

1. MAIL – in a registration form with your payment for tuition, by the dates listed below. Payment can be made by check, Visa or Mastercard. Mail to:

2. BRING – your registration form and tuition payment to the CCA at 400 Congdon Street in Chelsea. There is a tuition drop box located at the top of the stairs on the mail level.
3. PHONE – Call us at 734.433.2787 to register with Visa or Mastercard.
4. WEBSITE - Our online payment form is temporarily unavailable. Please call our office at 734-433-2787 to make a credit card payment.

Private Music Lessons

There are two ways to register for private music lessons at the Chelsea Center for the Arts:

1. Obtain a copy of the registration form
1. From the instructor
2. Online Private Music Lesson Registration Form (pdf file)
3. At the CCA office
2. Fill out the registration form completely and make payment arrangements before lessons begin
1. To pay in full:

1. Online: Make a secure online payment via our website. (Our online payment form is temporarily unavailable. Please call our office at 734-433-2787 to make a credit card payment), Obtain a copy of the registration form (see #1), print it, and mail it to CCA.
2. In person: Bring a completed copy of the registration form plus method of payment to the office.
3. By mail: Mail your check one week in advance of your lesson start date
4. Over the phone: Call the office with credit card or check information (we can process checks electronically).  Be prepared to spend 5 – 10 minutes filling out the registration form over the phone.

2. To make monthly or bi-monthly installments:

1. Monthly or bi-monthly can make use of our automatic recurring billing.  This happens in person or over the phone only, see above.
2. We will invoice you monthly via e-mail, a bi-monthly option is not available with invoicing.

3. CCA will communicate with the instructor
   Once you have registered and made payment arrangements, CCA will provide you and your instructor with a copy of your registration form.  This signifies that you are in good standing with our accounting department and are able to participate in private lessons at the Chelsea Center for the Arts without delay.

So that lessons may continue, be sure that the account is in good standing.  Past due accounts are not able to participate in lessons at the Chelsea Center for the Arts.

Multiple Child Discount Policy

The Chelsea Center for the Arts is pleased to offer a 10% multiple child discount for our visual arts and drama classes. To qualify for the discount, students must be siblings and must register for the same class at the same time.

The discount is only available when the minimum number of students has been met for the class and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount. This discount does not apply to drop-in classes and where indicated in the class description.
