Quench your imagination this summer and become a songwriter! Learn the basics of composing, recording, and chart writing to unleash your creativity. Discover the power of original music that is uniquely your own. All musical styles and abilities welcome. Songwriters should have a very basic ability to sing or play an accompanying instrument (guitar, piano, bass, ukelele, etc)

Art Song Workshop with Lester Castellana*

The pinnacle of a singer’s repertoire and an accompanist’s dream, art song begins at the heart of a poem in order to precisely express all that which words fail to do. From Franz Schubert to the Beatles, singers and pianists will be encouraged to perform and bring songs studied in the past.

Play out loud! Summer is the perfect time to study music. Come to CCA, where you can fine-tune your musical skills with private lessons from caring, experienced instructors. CCA provides outstanding training for beginning through advanced musicians.
